1. Nature of Services
Heaven Concierge provides coordination, organization, and referral services to families navigating end-of-life and post-loss logistics. Our role is to help families identify needs, organize tasks, and connect with qualified licensed professionals and service providers.
Heaven Concierge does not provide legal, financial, medical, funeral, or any other licensed professional services directly. All such services are provided exclusively by independently licensed third-party professionals and providers.
2. What Heaven Concierge Does
Heaven Concierge may assist with:
• Identifying and organizing tasks families face after a loss
• Providing general information and educational resources
• Coordinating communication between family members and service providers
• Referring families to licensed professionals (attorneys, CPAs, funeral directors, financial advisors, etc.)
• Following up on behalf of families to ensure tasks are progressing
• Organizing documents, timelines, and to-do lists
• Providing compassionate support and guidance throughout the process
3. What Heaven Concierge Does Not Do
Heaven Concierge does not:
• Provide legal advice or act as an attorney
• Provide financial, tax, or investment advice
• Provide medical advice or act as a healthcare provider
• Provide funeral, mortuary, or cremation services
• Act as a licensed insurance agent or broker
• Make decisions on behalf of the family
• Guarantee outcomes of any third-party service
• Replace the need for licensed professional services
4. Third-Party Providers
When Heaven Concierge refers a family to a third-party provider, that provider operates independently. Heaven Concierge does not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any third-party service. Families retain full authority to select, engage, and direct any service provider.
5. Confidentiality
Heaven Concierge treats all family information with the utmost care and confidentiality. Information shared with Heaven Concierge will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to fulfill coordination and referral services, or as required by law.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Heaven Concierge makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of any coordination, referral, or third-party service. Our commitment is to provide compassionate, organized, and diligent support throughout the process.
7. Separate Licensed-Service Agreements
If Heaven Concierge enters into a separate written agreement to provide a specific licensed service through a licensed affiliate or partner, that agreement will govern the scope of those services. This disclosure applies to all coordination, organization, and referral services unless a separate licensed-service agreement expressly states otherwise.
